Type: “Pick & Place”
CartonMat PP544 is a standalone Pick & Place case packing system. It receives products directly from the production line, groups them according to a predefined pattern, picks them with a specially designed gripper and top loads them into cases. It can be combined with an external case forming machine and case sealer to provide a complete case packing solution. It features two servo axes and state-of-the-art gripper technology (mechanical, vacuum, magnetic or combination) which ensure high speed, fast changeovers and precise product handling. Its modular design makes it ideal for sites with limited available space.
CartonMat PP544 is IoT ready and incorporates the latest technologies of Industry 4.0.
